Physical Conditioning for ski/board

This is a physical condition training made for the preparation of the ski season, it is a bit late but here it goes anyway. You will need a partner to help you with it:

Hi gessus. You probably want this moved to health and fitness. While this is a nice little program with cute graphics, I don't see where it's ski specific. There needs to have good deal more core work, balance and proprioceptive training to be of significant benefit to skiers. Good try, though.

I think you misunderstood it. It is a physical conditioning training, it is centered in gaining strength in legs while keeping other muscles in action. I am sure there are a lot of other exercises to gain balance, etc, but it is not the purpose of the training.

And about the section your are definitely right, how can I change the forum?
