Thanks for the input. The problem I have is that being 6'1 with a relatively long tib/fib vs femur length and a semi tight achilles limiting dorsiflexion, the forward lean was a little too much for me, especially with the heel lift I had added. I took out the rear spoiler and right now have a fairly non-compressible foam pad on the front of the tongue to move me back, which works pretty well. I saw that nordica makes a removable front spoiler that goes on the tongue front similar to the quick set rear, now that I think about it it may be called the transmission wedge. I was trying to get one of those to replace the cheapie pad I have there now. I also was thinking about trying the plastic heel inserts that go around the liner to tighten up the heel a little.
the direct driver is something different I see now, but I would be intrigued to try it to change the stiffness of the boot a little as I am always a tweaker by nature, like many of us here
It is easy to take on and off?
