I want to ski - and I'm sick of rain.
The forecast for central Maine is for rain and ice mix for Friday night and partly cloudy for Sat. and Sun. I live an hour away and there have been times earlier this season that it rained here but snowed up at the Loaf. They've been making snow steady since last week's rain. I haven't been there myself since the 19th, the skiing and weather was very good that day. Because I'm an ASC Bronze pass holder I haven't skied there this past week (blackout days) but will go this coming Thurs. thru Sun. Too late a report for you this weekend but keep me in mind for future reference as I ski there often on weekdays.
Good luck this weekend, if you go maybe you can post a report on the conditions when you get back. Here's hoping the rain here makes for some snow up there!
