This is my third year skiing and I've grown from a beginner to a solid advanced skier who can handle most terrains except bumps. Aim to achieve the breakthrough from advanced to expert level this season. Have so far skiied on a pair of four-year old Vokol V1 (170 cm). My home base is Vermont but will spend a month in Utah this season. I'm male, 5'11" and of very light built (in the 130 lbs range). Would like to ski in all terrains, with grace and control, and to master bumps this season. Also hope to do a lot of real powder and back bowl skiing in Utah this season. Definitely looking to upgrade my skis. Currently considering Dynaster Legend 8000 or 4800, or Rossignol B2, K2 Apache Crossfire and Atomic M11. I've tested Atomic Metron B2, which appeared a little too heavy for me. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
