How wet are your boots getting when you ski ? Is this from sweat, or are you skiing in really wet snow, or... ?
Just having a hard time picturing this.
Feet sweat (mine do anyway
) - and plastic shells don't breathe all that well. I would think your liners are pretty moist after a day of skiing. I have a boot dryer that blows room-temp air into the boot to dry it out. I generally buckle the boots and set them up on the dryer as sooon as I take them off.
I've had some people point out that storing the boots upside down might slow the drying process. I think the idea was the water evaporates up, and when the boot is upside down the airborne H2O ends up in the toe of the boot. Any thoughts on this?
