Kit recommendation?

Thread Starter
A question for the do-it-yourselfers.
I know the subject has been beat to death, but what I'm looking for is your recommendation for a starter kit for ski tuning/ waxing.
I did a search & came up with some sites: tognar.com, reliableracing, raceworks.
All seem to have kits, but I'd like some first hand advice on where to start.
Our 1st trip of the year is nearing, & I'd really like to take care of both my ski's & my wifes.
Much appreciated, & Happy Holidays!

It depends on how extensive you want to get. The prepack kits are decent and will get you started. As you get more comfortable you'll want more. How the job turns out is more dependant on your knowledge of using your tools than the actual tools.
