I agree. I can't believe people believe this propoganda. Jesus, almost everytime I have to go to the doctor it seems I end up spending hours getting the insurance companies to pay up, or sometimes, not pay up. I get so damned mad. Call my doctor, call my insurance, call my doctor, call my inusance, call my employer, call, call, call. Then I see all the people who are good people with jobs, get up go to work everyday like the rest of us, but work for employers in lines of work that don't offer healthcare.
So who pays for these people. WE DO, along with our companies!
Who pays for my health insurance. I DO along with my company!
So me and my company have to pay for the healthcare for all these people, which is one of the many reasons why healthcare costs in America are completely outrageous and out of line with every other sold commodity. Why not split the costs among everybody, healthy, unhealthy, poor, stupid, smart, rich.
Seems like that is what government is all about, and every other country in the world agrees with that. Okay enough of my rant. I need to ski. Thankfully I'm employed with insurance. One of the 'lucky ones' here in the states, at least for today.
