I've bought from Cupolo before and had excellent results.
Isn’t this the same company that has been made infamous on Epic the past few months: If you search the general forum for CUPOLO you come up with dozens of threads complaining about bad service, no service, no communication, no product, fraud, scamming, etc... The top thread in this forum at the time this was written is a complaint about Cupolo. And its not every eBay vendor who spawns their very own vigilante hate mail site. Linkage

The response from Cupolo to many of these complains going back to march have been a variation on the theme: its a mistake, the item didn't come in, I lost your email, my computer was down, my email was down, customs ate you item, I didn't package you item yet, I don't have your item... Oh and by the way refunded your money problem solved! Etc...
What he is really saying is: I am incompetent and I have no ethics. I don't check my auction listings to make sure its right. I don't take the time to make sure you are getting what you think you are getting. I will lie cheat and steal, do anything I can to disenfranchise you and take your money at the least possible cost to me with out giving you anything to show for it. I don't answer my email because I don't want to answer your questions. What do you mean you are the paying customer and you want your products? That’s not our policy!!! We waste time and money by intentionally shipping the wrong product and expect the customer to pick up the tab as a service rendered.
Why are so many people supporting this group if they are so clearly unable to deal with the realities of selling on the internet? Checking email is not optional, responding to questions, sending tracking info, shipping the right product, and ensuring that you are listing the right product and that the product you list is the product you have is no an optional condition.
Some people are like, maybe they will comeback with a clean record. Hell no! I will be the first to report him to eBay. If you are banned for ethical reasons you are banned... pure and simple.
Aside: I have noticed a number of instances where a company is accused of poor ethics will attempt to post false positive endorsements to prop up their own fraudulent practices. In one instance that I know if a notorious fraud subscribed to over 100s of individual nicknames to post false positive reviews of his store so that he could continue to trick people into sending him money. I am not implying that any of the solid citizens here are guilty of a conflict of interest, merely noting my past experiences.
Either you do business right and improve the trading community for everyone or you do things wrong and ruin it for everyone. A seller the size of Cupolo with that sort of poor record will cover all other online snow sport sellers who are doing things right with a guilt by association. EBay is well recognized as the most honest and trusted online sales venue because they relentlessly expose frauds, imposters, and poor businesses such as Cupolo. Epic should follow EBay’s good example and post a sign that say in large letters Frauds, imposters, incompetent fools, and liars not welcome. Cupolo, that means you.
