It is coming:
From Accuweather -
Warm coats, gloves and scarves will come in handy next week. Recently, arctic air has been contained over central and northern Canada. Late in the weekend and early next week however, the jet stream will plunge southward through the eastern part of the country. This will allow a sizeable chunk of arctic air to come down the chute into the Great Lakes and Northeast. The result will be bone-chilling temperatures, low wind chills and possibly substantial lake-effect snow.
