Getting engaged in Jackson Hole

I'm planning on proposing to my lovely lady this weekend in Jackson Hole. Any ideas for a good, yet casual, romantic restaraunt to carry out this proposal? Any other great ideas?

First off - many congratulations!

The favorite restaurant in Jackson of my wife and I for a romantic dinner is the Blue Lion (in town). We also love Stiegler's (in the Racquet Club), but I'm not sure if he's open for the season yet. Third is Cascade in the Teton Mountain Lodge (Teton Village).

More expensive and less casual but always memorable is the Snake River Grill in town. Also in that category (although still casual enough to be very comfortable) is the Westbank Grill in the Four Seasons at Teton Village.

I hope she says "yes".

Bob

In the interest of full disclosure, I work for the Four Seasons (but the Westbank is still an excellent restaurant).

Go up to Togedee Pass and rent snowmobiles. You can run for hundreds of miles in some the most beautiful terrain imagineable. Find a nice, secluded spot overlooking the mountains with the only witnesses being a herd of elk or moose and let it fly.

Something different than doing it in a restaurant...just a thought. The views out there are awesome.
