Curious, what do you put in your camelback (or whatever brand) while you ski? Has anyone found one kind of drink (like gatoraid or similar) to be better than others?

If you want a energy boost, go to a cycle site like performance cycles & look under nutrition for gel caps.
Use these with caution, & you may not want the more powerful ones to start off with.
