iron that melts co-polymer

I want to buy an iron that will melt co-polymer p-tex. Worked in a shop 5-6 years ago and we used a Montana hand held "renovator" and thin p-tex ribbon, or co-polymer to do great welds. Are these still around? I don't really like p-tex guns.

I have anoter question on the same topic - Is it possible to use a glue-gun with P-Tex?
