what brand do you ski one know or what brand is you favorite

I am not really loyal to ski brands, I just demo and get whatever I like best for what I want. But I am incredibly loyal to boots and bindings, boots because I fit one brand well and they happen to have great performance, and bindings because you can make a more subjective assessment of what is the 'best', regardless of your size or skiing style or ability.

Blizzard.

Easily the best value in the industry. I will put a $199 Blizzard up against a 1st tier vendor's $399 ski anyday.

Oh, and their race skis are beefy and precise. Just how I like 'em.

Or Völkl...rechtschreibung reform notwithstanding I still like the extra chars, and prefer those to the modern "oe" "ue" versions whenever I can.

Regardless, Jo's, your poll is...flawed!
You ask us which ski we ski on or which one we like, but give us only one option...you
should have allowed multiple options.

Volkl ranks second only to Atomic. Case in point. R:11 is better than 5 star and 6 star; R:EX is better than 724 Pro; Big Daddy is better than Explosive; GS:11/SL:11 is better than P60. Volkl does make getter chick skis!

I have to say Stockli ..... I'm the new mountain rep. In the past I have had fun on Solomon (it's early days), Volant, Volkl, Dynastar (fun but not damp enough)....

Forgot to mention Elan?

I have Elan skis currently, but I am not loyal to any brand.

for what "flavor"?

I love my Fischer sticks ('03/'04 WC SC and Big Stix 8.6)

I've enjoyed Salomon sticks before - the doctor/lawyer one too (X-Scream Series)

I like Volkls in some ways, not in others.

Stocklis are purty naaaaahhhsss.

haint nevuh skied a Blizzard.

haven't skied a Head ski since they were doing metal skis.

enjoyed a pair of Hexcel Primer Cords back in the day of days.

but really it is more about being on the snow than being on a certain plank.

Blizzards

Excellent Skis!

If you haven't skied a set of Blizzards, you owe it to yourself to demo a set. Especially in the Northeast. Great carvers.
