Line Reactors with K2 Hippy Stinx?

Now that the Line Reactors (nee Pivogy) are promised to shops, has anyone looked at mounting the binding on other skis than LINE? One fair candidate looks to be a K2 Hippy Stinx, with 125/95/118 for a 14m? sidecut radius.

Possible, advisable, or just a miserable experience overall? Quite a few seem to be looking at short, soft 90mm+-waisted skis, has anyone tried this?

Ski Canada's Gear '05 issue stated that the Line bindings presently are compatible only w/Line skis.

You can mount them on other skis using the Line Freedom Plate.

If you click on the Hippy Stinx image above to get the large image, you'll notice threaded inserts in a 4-hole pattern.

These are NOT LINE-standard then?
