Ski Racing magazine has an article on their website with the above title, featuring "A series of balance, excursion and jump tests - performed on one leg at a time - [which]will allow you to assess your personal weaknesses."

LM - can you supplement with something that reinforces the critical value of cardio conditioning to complement this one?
