Only in respect of maintained terrain, meaning just areas from where avalanches can slap into bounds or even villages. There avy patrol might impose restrictions for access.
Else when leaving the marked runs you are completely resonsible for yourself except when party of a guided tour. All they do is posting warnings (signs, flashlights at major trail boards) upon inceased avy risk, stating the aforementioned.
If in doubt it's better then spending some extra $$ on a certified mountain guide - this works the same everwhere.
