This is one of the smallest ski areas I have ever seen. I stopped by one day, but after looking at it, I just couldn't convince myself that it was worth the hassle of getting my equipment on.
They claim this place has 515' of vert, but I think that they must be measuring it down to the bottom of the well in the next farmer's field. If you look at the map, the main lodge is halfway up the trail map, so the effective vert (the vert of the lifts) is only about 230 feet, if I remember correctly.
From the bottom, every slope looked absolutely identical, except that some carried a green rating, while others that looked identical carried a black rating.
A monster area, if there ever was one.
