I'm back after a week of bareboat sailing to remote cayes in Belize.
Just staying upright on a sailboat was the best core workout I've had in months. I've been back for a week and I've seen marked improvements in balance and strength in my workouts.

I recommend sailing in the sunshine to anyone who wants to improve their skiing. Plus you can drink beer and rum punch while defining your midsection.
