Dynastar ProI've skied the Pro Rider and found it to be a whopping big mountain machine, more ski than I would ever need for my skiing adventures. It's plenty stiff and requires a fair amount of force to get into any kind of quick turn. It loves speed and is one stable ride. I was moving at a pretty good clip down a groomed run in some flat light and inadvertently dropped off the edge onto some chopped-up gunk and it took me a few seconds to realize I wasn't on corduroy anymore. They're pretty smooth. If you launch off cliffs, idolize Jeremy Nobis, and plan to ski Alaska and Chamonix in the near future, this would be an excellent ski to take along.
If your desires are a bit more pedestrian, for a millimeter less in width under your boot, the Dynastar Legend 8800 is a more versatile ski.
