To the folks who requested a PSIA Level I Clinic at ESA:

Northern Rocky Mountain PSIA will allow us to employ one of their Level I Clinicians to give a clinic at ESA that covers the Level I curriculum and would include the same assessment given to Level I candidates for certification in PSIA-NRM. However, unless you are employed as an instructor in a bona fide ski school, you will not earn Level I certification. You may, however, join PSIA as a Registered member.

The NRM Alpine Chairperson, Lynn Fulton, suggests that those planning to take the Level I curriculum might read PSIA's Core Concepts and the Alpine Technical Manual to prepare. These books are available for the public to purchase from the website.
