I skied at Hunter today. The fresh snow was about 6 inches deep on the railings and benches at midstation (If you know Hunter, you'll be familiar with the platform and picnic tables near Mid Station, where Hellgate, Cliff, and Huega converge).
The snow was a bit sticky, and it was getting packed down pretty hard in a lot of places, but many of the bare spots I saw last Wednesday are now covered, and those trails are open and safe to ski now.
And all those bottom gouging pebbles that were scattered on the trails last week were safely covered today.
