SLC to Big Sky?

Is this a feasible drive or am I trying to cram too much into my ski trip to Utah? Already planning on a drive to Jackson, but heard someone say to give Big Sky a shot. Whats the verdict?

Big Sky has great terrain, no crowds, an excellent ski school and is pretty inexpensive. It can get quite cold.

Utah has great terrain at many areas but is a lot more crowded generally and more expensive. Park City, Deer Valley, Alta and Snowbird are all pretty close to the airport in Salt Lake. It's a longer drive from Bozeman to Big Sky.

I personally would go to Big Sky but both are good choices.

You can drive from Jackson to Big Sky in 2 1/2 to 3 hours if the weather cooperates. Could be days if it doesn't.

If you want to add another resort, a trip to Targhee is really easy and fun. There is some info about it in a recent post. http://www.epic-ski.com/ubb/Forum3/HTML/000513.html
