Binding maintenance - greasing up?

Could someone kindly let me know what kind of maintenance that I shoud perform on ski bindings.

I have a pair of Dynastar skis (Speed Carve 63) that I bought a couple of years ago. They came with bindings as an integrated system. Someone told me that I do not have to grease up the bindings since they are sealed (?). Is it true? If I need to grease them up, what kind of grease should I use?

If the binding is still indemnified, leave it alone.

Keep the outside (and your boots!) clean. You don't need to use anything more agressive than Simple Green, and that seldom.
