I would recommend Big Sky.
I was there the weekend before Christmas last year, and only waited in a lift line a few times. It snowed about 6 inches the first day I was there, and then they opened up about 25% of the mountain the next day. The tram will be open by that time of year, but most fo the runs off it will not be. Liberty Bowl and maybe the gullies area will be about the only runs that high up that have enough base to ski, but once you get down into the trees into the Shedhorn lift area there will be plenty of snow. The bowl should also be filled in pretty good by that time of year.
Big Sky also does not start there high value season till after Christmas on the 26th. The days before Christmas are considered value season and are fairly cheap.
Another option would be to stay in Bozeman and ski both Big Sky and Bridger. But if you do this, you would have to rent a car which would add to the cost of the trip.
Hope this helps...
