We got DUMPED on. It was brilliant. They originally said 2 to 4 inches. Within an hour of the storm arriving, that went out the window! I do remember wading over to the supermarket, and I had snow all over my trousers to the knees. (this is in the village). We had some wonderful days skiing on the lightest, dryest snow I've been in for ages. And sadly, that rotten warm system arrived early this morning and we've had rain all day, however not heavy rain. Colder air comes through sometime tonight, and the snowguns are lined up ready to fire, and there's some snow coming with it (the TV just said the amount had been downgraded from previous predictions), and a bunch of cold stuff coming down from left of the great lakes tomorrow with more snow. Last I heard, the weekend should be OK, I saw the cloud and sun graphic on the TV report (Burlington station).
We had to pinch ourselves this week and remind ourselves it wsa early December!
