resort recommendation

Time to start planning a ski trip for the coming season. Here's the scoop: we typically have about 8 guys on the trip. We're all in our early 30s and vary in skill from intermediate to advanced. We have some good skiers, but many of us only manage to ski a few days a year, so no one will be doing any 30 foot cliff drops! Apres and nightlife are important, but definitely take second fiddle to skiing. We like to book a condo where we can all stay fairly comfortably. We usually end up skiing around 4-5 days.

Last year's trip was to Vail, the year before to Whistler. Anyone want to offer suggestions on a good place for this year? We usually go at the end of January/beginning of Feb. I've got lots of ideas in my head, but I'm curious what others would suggest. Any recommendations on accomodations would be nice, too.

Here's some ideas I've considered:
Jackson Hole
Tahoe (maybe Squaw?)
Big Sky
Big Mountain (with maybe a day trip to Fernie)

All of these places would be fun.

I'll be at the X - Games in Aspen 1/30-2/2, town should be rockin!

Well, here comes my usual suggestion:

It's a bit light on the nightlife, but the skiing more than makes up for it!

You probably won't want to spend a whole week here due to the largely tricky terrain and distinct lack of nightlife but if you're after a new experience and luxury slopeside accomodation you might want to check out kicking horse (canadianmountainproperty.com) - 5 star condos with hottubs etc, amazing skiing and you get to witness the birth of something wonderful.

You might want to consider throwing it into a tour of the resorts int he area - lake louise, sunshine, fernie, panorama etc...

Kicking Horse is tempting, and those condos you mentioned look great. I'll have to keep it in mind. Not sure if the others on the trip would go for it, though.
