Tecnica Mach 1 Flex Question.

I am currently working on a pair of Tecnica Mach 1's in a 130 flex. This is the model with the black cuff and orange clog and the Sport/Performance Rebound adjuster on the spine of the cuff-2015 model I think.. The boot fits well but I am trying to beef up the performance a little and was wondering if any of the Boot Guys have any feedback on what I might achieve by riveting the cuff to the clog. I just seem to be overpowering the boot a little.I have already replaced the stock velcro power strap with the cam-lock strap from my Salomon X3's and this has helped a little.

Hi Famousamos,

Are you tightening the power strap around only the liner and tongue, inside the upper shell?

How much do you weigh?

If the upper cuff is not pinned to the clog, then adding bolts and T-nuts will stiffen it---but the pictures on the net show 2 bolts in the lower part of the back of the upper cuff, bolting it to the lower clog already, are they not in your boot?
