First pair of All-mountain Skis - which should it be? [for Dolomites in Italy]

Hello Forums!

So i am about to buy my first pair of skis and i have decided that i wanna go for a pair of allmountains

I am a pretty experienced skier, and have so far mainly been using race carvers - however i want more freedom to venture into the offpist - hence the all mountains.

I am mainly going to be skiing the pist, so i am looking for a pair of all mountains with maybe a slight "advantage" on the piste compared to the offpiste.

I am skiing in the dolomites in northern italy.

I am looking for skis that will provide stability in high speeds, but on the same time be agile in the offpiste

So far i have looked a bit into the Volki Mantra, Blizzard Bonafide and Brahma

I am 192cm, and weigh about 77kg

Any suggestions?

Cheers

If your going to be skiing more on piste, then something like these:  https://www.elanskis.com/en/cat/ski-8290/products-8292/elan-skis-8507/all-mountain--amphibio-8304/prod/amphibio-88-xti-133306/

or if money is no object, these would be sweet too:  http://www.powder7.com/Kastle-MX84-Skis-184cm-New-Flat-2017/for-sale

Me, I like the Elan's
