Snow Quality: How good is the snow? Consider both natural and man-made snow.
Grooming: How well - and frequently - does the resort maintain its snow surface?
Terrain Variety: How interesting and varied are the trails and terrain for all abilities?
Terrain Challenge: How extensive is the expert terrain? Consider steeps, bumps, glades and other challenging slopes.
Value: Consider the quality given the cost of lift tickets, lodging, food, and other services.
Lifts: How efficient is the lift system? How comfortable? How fast?
Service from Resort Employees: How friendly and effective is the service? Are customers put first?
Accessibility/Travel Ease: How easy is it to travel to the resort via road or air access?
On-Mountain Food: Consider quality and variety of dining options on the mountain.
Lodging: Consider the overall quality, variety and proximity to the slopes of hotels, condos, rental homes, and other lodging options.
Dining: Consider the quality and variety of restaurants at the resort and in the nearby area.
Après-ski/Nightlife: Consider the variety of afternoon and nighttime activities/entertainment, such as bars, nightclubs, concerts, theaters, and such.
Off-Hill Activities: Are there alternative activities such as cross-country skiing, ice skating, shopping, art galleries, nature walks, etc. to enhance your visit?
Kid Friendly: Consider the quality of daycare, children's ski school, on-mountain amenities and family entertainment.
Terrain Parks: Consider quality and quantity of half pipes, hits, slides, jumps and other features. How is the overall service, maintenance and atmosphere?
Scenery: How interesting and varied is the natural scenery?
Character/Ambiance: Consider the history, personality, vitality and vibe of the place. How is the richness of the overall experience?
Overall Satisfaction: How satisfied are you with the overall resort experience?
