Do the Fischer rail systems come pre-mounted?

This may be an ignorant question, but I've never bought system skis before...

I'm looking for skis for my almost-2-yr-old. I think I found a great deal on new 2012 Fischer Progressor Jr Ski + FJ4 Ski Binding 70cm online, but it's only a great deal if I don't have to pay $80 to get them mounted. I used to be a certified ski tech so I'm not worried about sliding bindings onto the rail and setting them, but if they need to be drilled I'm not doing that myself.

So, does anyone know what condition these come in and what goes in to seeing them up? Thx!

Evo sells those ski/bindings unmounted. There is no drilling with plate/binding skis. You'll be fine I've mounted a few bindings on plates no problem.

The rails are built on the ski.  It's super easy to place the toe and heal on the rails.  They will have instructions with them.  If your kid gets bigger and boots get longer just re-do the deal.  Don't worry, you can do it yourself.

Kind of surprised as a used to be certified ski tech you don't know or have access to the material to find out?

Generally a quick Google search can get you the manuals for this information.
