Jackson Hole ski school for my son

We're going to JH in January and I'm planning on getting my 8 year old son further ski school instruction while we're there. He's done a group ski school and a few private lessons the last couple of years. He's not bad for an 8 year old but I want to give him a chance to keep improving at skiing since he likes it so much. I taught him the 1st couple of years but realized my teaching skills are limited and I was holding him back so I let him do ski school and private lessons.

Any recommendations on specific instructors or specific ski school groups for him in JH? Either private or small group is preferred. We'll only be there 4 days.

Paging @tetonpwdrjunkie, @Bob Peters who teach at JH.  You can also PM them.

I think @Ski Kiwi has been to JH with her son at about that age.

In general, the JH ski school is very good for all ages and abilities.

Our experience at the JH Mountain Sports School was beyond awesome. Our son was 10 when we were there and he spent heaps of time in ski school with Ernie Rodriguez, who I would very highly recommend. There was a core group of three of them, our son and 2 Australian boys the roughly the same age as our son. Ernie was the perfect instructor, but he went above and beyond what you would expect of an instructor. This is them at the top of the headwall. I spent lots of time at the ski school desk purchasing more lessons because DS wanted to keep skiing with Ernie and his group.

Now there's a smile that tells the whole story.

The smile was like that at the beginning, during and at the end of each lesson. And technically his skiing advanced hugely. All in all a brilliant ski school experience.
