In preparation for hopefully doing the level 3 exam in Andorra this December, I'm trying hard to motivate myself to get in shape. I did the assessment in Total Skiing last night, which was highly insightful and called out several areas of development that I'm now exploring.
My question is this: what are your experiences with the Total Skiing plan? Have you seen big changes in your skiing through following the plan in the off-season? Are there any sports training professionals who follow this model (e.g. physiotherapists, kinesiologists)?
