Getting from Heavenly to Krikwood

Hey everyone,

Planning a trip for around 100-120 people to Heavenly the second week of January. I am curious what options there are for people to utilize the multi-resort function of their pass. I've seen literature that there is a shuttle running between the 2 but it seems to only run at certain points in the season, Is there other taxi or shuttle services that can be utilized for a modest fee?

Is the only one I know about unless you setup a private one

Looks like most of the options are listed here:

The problem is going to be the number of people.  The Tahoe ski shuttle only handles 28 people.  My best advice is call Heavenly group sales and talk to someone.  Just call their main reservation number.

Prob need to charter a bus for all those people , talk to guest services.

Might be easier for those that want to ski elsewhere to rent cars.

Navigating both Luther pass and Carson Pass may be more than most drivers wish to handle if the conditions are sketchy

120 people -- probably equal to 2 big buses, right? So, you would need to talks to bus chapter services (probably located in either Sacramento or Reno). Maybe http://www.bauersit.com/ or http://www.deltacharterbus.com/ or similar

Thanks everyone for the replies! I suppose i should have noted I am not looking for an option to move everyone as people usually like to do their own thing and some just like to spend the whole trip at one place. Also while I wish people were able to rent cars it is a college group so most don't have the funds to rent a car or the driving experience for me to feel comfortable with them driving around.
