Not really, unfortunately, but... kind of...
The Free 10 uses the Royal Family toe piece, so the same holes as a Squire, Griffon, Jester, etc, but uses a different heel piece, which is the same as used on a Marker M11.0 TC.
In theory you could swap to a M11.0 TC and you'd only have to drill one additional hole per ski for the different toe, or you could swap to a Griffon, Jester, etc and would have to drill four new heel holes on each ski, but could keep the toe piece holes the same.
Now, if you end up doing either of those solutions I'd strongly recommend going to a ski tech that you trust, as both would require pretty precise work.
I'm not at work, but is this the same as an Xcell 12.0/16.0 hole pattern? I'll look tomorrow.
Ah, interesting thought. We don't have any down here to compare with. I'm hesitant to say you're right, but you could be. My initial thought is that it's a different toe piece.
Yes, the Xcell is the new Marker race binding. There is a 10.0 that is definitely the wrong hole pattern for the toe (old three hole pattern), but the 12 and 16 are both 4 hole toe with the 'old heel' hole pattern... I'll look tomorrow to see if it is a match.
