what is Fischer's Triple Radius Tech in CURV series?

how it works? how it looks like?

 

as i understand, this means sidecuts of ski has 3 stairs or 3 steps, and for normal ski, there are only 1?

 

i could not find further on their website... as there are only words like " Triple Radius will enable blabla...."

or maybe 3 radius means the tip part, middle part and taile part of the ski have different radius? enable the ski to adapt itself to different step when you do a turn?

It is what you describe in your second post: at the tip and in the tail section of the ski, there is a different radius (shorter than in the middle section) that allows for easier/quicker entry and exit of the turn. Much like Blizzard's 'Multi Radius' deseigne and what Fischer already introduced in their Progressor F-line last year (Dual Radius).

 

 

Dual radius: the radius in tip and tail is different from the middle section, but in the tip it is the same as in the tail.

Triple radius: three diferent radii in these three sections,the radius in the middle section being the largest of the three.
