RIP Greg Needell, alpine ski coach

Thread Starter

Sad news from the Mammoth thread.  A well known ski racing coach died yesterday as the result of a medical emergency.  He was on the slopes but it was not a skiing accident.

Moderators, I would consider moving this to the Racing forum. I think it will have more visibility and comments there.

Big loss, great guy. Very smart, and talented. So sad.

I'll comment more later on. Right now prayers are with his family and many friends.

RIP Greg. I didn't know him but I enjoyed reading his blog, which had more in-depth coverage of WV racing than I've been able to find anywhere else.
