Three month bump to see how everyone's plans are progressing.

My first trip is confirmed though my MCP won't help me and that is a Christmas week trip to Winter Park.

Trips still in the planning stages:

February: Alta/Bird or JH/GT or Whistler

March: Aspen

Does that mean the Gathering is out?

I'm still not set on anything other than the Gathering... still got a couple of irons in the fire, and I need to bug people to decide before too long. :)

X'mas & New Year - WV loop (Snowshoe + Timberline + Canaan Valley) and PA loop (7 Springs + Laurel Mtn + Hidden Valley). Will cancel trip if snow condition is suboptimal.

Jan'2017 - Mt Tremblant + Val D'Isere & Tignes.  Committed.

March'2017 - Banff + WB. Only reserved hotels.

April'2017 - Sun Valley + Solitude + Alta. Only reserved hotels.

I'm not really a destination skier but...an unexpected trip means Whistler in December!

I will only be able to make one trip in March and it's looking like that will be a family trip to Aspen.  If that trip falls through, then Whistler is back in play for the Gathering week.

4 days in Winter Park week of March 12 is going to happen for me.  I'll even have 2 never ever teens with me.  I'm excited to introduce them to skiing so I may not see much of the mountain on my own but I'm hoping they love it.

I've been alternating between Epic and MC for the past few years. It's MC this winter.

January 18-24 Aspen

January 24-29 Whistler

February 14-19 Jackson Hole

February 20-22 Sun Valley

February 23-26 Squaw

March - ??? Stowe for a quick weekend trip

April 3-8 Alta Snowbird

Praying for decent snow in April

April - Maybe Banff

Is April a good time for Banff? Hope to run into folks on the mountain.

If it's a typical year - April is awesome in Banff. Lake Louise will have early spring conditions, Sunshine Village will still be mid-winter conditions. Last year was already well into spring, but last year was one of the driest years in recent memories. Things are looking good for this year though!

Visiting friends in San Jose, probably heading to north Lake Tahoe whilst there, and mulling over Colorado resorts - Telluride and Snowmass are in the mix.

For sure:

Stowe a couple of days right after Christmas (please have more snow than last year)

Jackson Hole second week of Feb.

Hoping:

Stowe for Spring Break (again, please, baby jesus let there be more snow than last year)
