Lack of Marker Kingpin Inventory, real or imagined?

Anybody have insight into why there seems to be so little Kingpin inventory? I was hoping for a great off season deal on KP 13's, but that doesn't appear to be materializing.  Aside from some of their screws backing out (I believe Marker addressed that for 2017), I hear great things about the binders.... but those suckers sure are pricey at full retail! Hopefully next season's production run is larger and allows them to lower the price tag.

Because its a carry over for next season explains the lack of discount? Dunno...can't recall.

I've seen plenty discounted to as much as 50% off, here's a decent deal:

http://www.corbetts.com/marker-king-pin-13-75-100mm-ski-bindings/

$326 usd, free ship to USA.

I just bought one for that same price but a different vendor, in the US.

I should have broadened search criteria beyond US borders.... my default search settings appear to have hurt me this go around:)

Thx!
