DPS Wailer 112 RP 178 cm vs 184 cm - any experience/suggestions?

Considering pulling the trigger on a good deal for a pair of DPS Wailer 112 RP.  The only length available is 178cm, though, and just looking around online, seems like 184cm would be a better fit.  5'10" 150#, advanced skier, like to ski steeps and bumps.  My daily driver is a pair of 180 Bones, so my thinking is to bust out the Wailers on pow days only.

Looking at an actual ruler, that extra 6cm between the 184s and the 178s is just the length of my thumb, and doesn't seem all that consequential.  But anyone have any experience or suggestions if 178 would be too short?

There is significant banana rocker on the DPS 112RP,  so 184cm is my easy vote.

You are 5'10"and Advanced skier which puts you in 184.

I'll ignore your weight as I think the above 2 readily trump your 150lbs.

The 112RP is so easy to manoeuver, a 178 might feel like a snow-blade for you.

Curious, what version of 112RP are you getting ?

There were Hybrids, Pure, Pure2, Pure3, and then the current model 112RP.2 in Pure3 & Hybrid

These are hybrids.

Thanks for the feedback. That was what I suspected about the length given some research online. Plus, doesn't seem quite right that my pow specific skis would be shorter than my daily drivers.

Need to pass on these, i guess. ...

I demoed these this month, both 178 and 184, because I had similar questions. They do ski shorter than advertised. I was shocked at how well the 184 turned, there was 0 reason to even consider the 178 because of this.
