Congrats to the new and returning members!
Also congrats to those that worked so very hard and came up short.

I am friends with Ann Shorling and Grant Bishop.  They are both kick ass skiers and great instructors in both alpine and telemark skiing.  Ann is an examineer in both disciplines and I believe Grant could be if he cared more about alpine skiing.  I have trained with both of them and they earned it!

Great Job!

Very happy to have had the opportunity to ski with Greg Dixon this past season! Great skier, clinician, and a passionate advocate of the telemark turn!

How do you lure one of these guys or gals to your home mountain for some clinic time?  Noticed Lipton has been to Rountop, PA several times over the years.

Your ski school director pays them to come.

I was hoping you weren't going to say that...

Rogan and the Boyd bros have been to Whitetail several times. A couple of the trainers have organized the deal where the team member is at the resort for 3 days and instructors kick in $80/day (+tip) to be in a group of 10 (one day has two half day groups). This generates enough to cover the daily rate plus travel expenses. It works especially well if the team member can line up a few resorts to "tour" and minimize travel expenses.
