Amazing how length's vary by manufacturer

Skis on the left are 179cm ( K2 Shreditor 102's) ...... Skis on the right are Line Mr Pollard Opus 178

3 inch difference in Length between these 2 skis, which are listed at only 1cm longer.

Moral of the story, K's run a heck of alot longer than Line Skis!

I wonder if you ran a tape measure along the Lines, following the rocker profile, if it would read 178. Likewise, if you stood the K2's against a wall and marked their height and measured from the ground to the mark, if it would be 179.

That's my guess.

I will say that I have the exact same experience in my quiver. I have a pair of K2 Obsethed's in a 179, and a pair of RMU P802's in a 178, and the K2's stand much taller than the RMU's.

Here's another oddity.  The V-Werks Katana comes in 177, 184, 191

Measuring them at my local store:

177 = 177

184 = 182   ( not sure why they made this short, I measured 2  184's a year apart )

191 = 191
