Last week I was skiing a blue when one ski broke through the crust near the side of the hill.

The broken crust ripped off that ski and then I blew up.

I had one pole and smashed sunglasses when I stopped.

Not hurt but a bit rattled.

The moral...don't fall when you are going slow.

You could get hurt!

Lesson is don't do a weird or unusual fall.  :eek

If you do, it will potentially result in a painful injury.

If by some strange circumstance you DO manage to do a strange or unusual fall, recommend to others that you don't do a strange or unusual fall.

no  you  brain dead ...  you are all missing   the point  by  unusual  I mean  a  competent  skier  falling  on  flats (near chair  loading)    try this  >>> do  this with  just  one ski attached lie on your  back  or  side  now  image sliding  backwards the  TAIL of  the  ski  could  easily ..scape  along  snow  surface and  do serious  damage  .. ie  stretch,,  gastroc  Achilles to back of knee..  I now know  from experience...you  need to be aware .....  ps ..  4  weeks  post  crash  pain   pretty  well gone  .. some  swelling..   thanks  to  PT..  including  deep  massage..  heed  my  advice

We'd like to heed it, none better, but we don't know what the advice is yet?

The Fall had some great songs. I always found it challenging to listen to an album all the way through, but I wouldn't necessarily call it a bad Fall.
