Blizzard
My local ski dealer is bringing in the blizzard Quattro RX skis. They claim they are the new hot all mountain skis . Anyone get a chance to rail them?

Saw them at a store in MA. They sure look cool! Also, Fischer has a new "Curv" line that looks very racy

Carving is back.

I think the new Blizzard is a more evolved X-Power? And I think they are primairily frontdside carvers, not 'all-mountain' in the sense that they handle over 5 inches of powder well.

Looking forward to the new Fisher The Curv as well...

Some on-piste ski porn (yes, it's possible, I think) featuring the Curv:

Out East, it never left. It's just that there is a bunch of marketing fodder out there trying to do it on free ride skis and compromising performance with a social need to stay relevant. Either that or a delusional expectation that if the skis were bought, the powder would follow.

No joy on a demo. It looks like there will not be an early release. II'll ride my rtm 84 skis.
