Powertrack 89 or Motive 86 Ti???

Posted this in WTB a few minutes ago, you all think I'm on the right track? Best length? Other recommendations??

Hey everyone, I joined here today & I'm just getting into the sport, so apologies if I screw this up. I'm looking for a pair of Fischer Motive 86 Ti's or Dynastar Powertrack 89's in new or excellent condition, preferably from this year or last. I'm thinking I'd like to be in 177-182 cm range. I'm 6' & 180 lbs, pretty athletic still. But, I mostly ski w my 8 yr old daughter, who's been skiing for a yr & is venturing into easier blues & some slow trees. I'd like a ski to let me cruise along w her & progress to blues & blacks the next few years. I occasionally get to take off on my own (if the wife comes w us) - not sure my form is textbook but I seem to be able to handle the blacks no problem & have enjoyed bombing down some groomers. Haven't really tried moguls or serious tree skiing, but I think I'd really like to try a bit of everything as she gets better. I've read a lot of reviews here & other sites, these 2 skis seem pretty capable all around & also "soft" enough to not kill myself as I'm learning ... not to mention being agreeable when I'm cruising groomers w the kid.

Btw, I could add that I'm currently on a pair of K2 Apache X 168's that I got on craigslist, 68mm waist. I guess I like them but busted 1 of the (integrated) bindings, would like to replace w something (allegedly) more versatile. Frankly, I settled on these just bc they're the widths I see in all the "best all-mountain ski" lists, although I've considered whether the narrower waist models would be better. I live in western NY, so mostly skiing the local 1200 ft hill w a combination of natural & man made snow. A lot of night skiing actually, if that matters. Took a trip to Okemo this yr, & would hope to do a couple 3 or 4-day trips per winter going forward, maybe even out west occasionally. (I have an aunt in Steamboat who might be sufferable for a few days!)
