Will be there starting 3/19-3-25

2 adults and 3 children ages (4,8,9)

Adults are new to snowboarding. Kids 8 and 9 have two seasons under their belts. 4 year old is new.

Thank you.

There aren't many snowboard instructors here on EpicSki. We may be able to get you a recommendation, but not usually this quickly. One thing I can recommend is that putting all 5 of you in one group is not going to work. The 8 and 9 YO's definitely need to be separated from the new riders. A 4YO needs lots of individual attention and will be taught differently than adults in terms of instruction and pacing. Beaver Creek does not even offer group snowboard lessons to 4YO's (min age is 5). You can probably get BC to agree to teach a 4YO first time rider in a 1 on 1 private lesson. My recommendation is that you'll get better results putting the child on skis this year. In terms of typical physical development at this age, skiing is a lot easier. If you don't get any other recommendations here, you should call the ski school office (talk to a supervisor) and get their recommendation. The Beaver Creek group private lesson offering is an attractive product, but it is not the right product in this situation. If that's you want, they will probably sell it to you but even the best instructor won't be able to do much as this kind of lesson is a logistical nightmare.
