My wife took me out coming off the chair lift the other day (we crossed skis for a second and down I went).
I basically flopped over to the side without my skis coming off and immediately noticed pain in the inside of my right knee (left knee is fine). I sat around the ski patrol hut for a bit and then skied down to the bottom and have not skied since then.
It has now been 10 days and I still feel pain / discomfort. Not enough to prevent me from walking around and going about my daily routine but I certainly "feel it". I have not done any exercise as it seems like it would hurt if I started bouncing around or running.
It also continues to be very tender all over the inside of the knee, though there is no visible black/blue or other trauma or significant swelling (perhaps some slight/mild swelling).
All this while icing it every once in a while and taking some Advil here and there. I am finally headed to a sports med doctor tomorrow but wanted to get people's thoughts if they have experienced a similar injury.
