2016 Enforcer in 177

Anyone aware of a pair of these for sale (flat) anywhere?  They seem to be mostly sold out, and I have a friend who's looking.  I know the 2017 model is out there for sale, and the 93 is also out there, but the 2016 is first choice.

Many thanks.

Why is the 2016 version the first choice? The ony difference is graphics and I don't know of anyone discounting the 2016.

Probably just wants the first year graphics. (No discounts on it, for sure — why discount?)

Yeah, it's a graphics thing.  It's a gift from my friend's wife, and he demoed the 2016 ski and raved about it.

If it were me I'd most probably go for the new 93.

There's a guy selling a pair on pugski, but I can't get a response.

Couldn't work out how.  Do I need a certain number of posts to be able to PM folks on there (like here)?  I fired up an account to load that post on pugski (was on the cards in any case) and presently have a grand total of one single post.

I'd be happy to do that for you, if you want.

The 93 is a very different ski than the 100. I liked the 100, the 93 not so much.

Did you try the next size up?

(If it were me, I'd think it would be too long.)

You mean the 185? Not for me. Also, there is talk amongst some people I know and who may have a bit of inside informaton that the 93 is indeed stiffer than the 100, so it isn't actually just a narrower Enforcer 100. My point though, is that just because someone liked the 100 doesn't mean they will automatically like the 93.

I believe it.  Just curious.  I know Phil thought the 177 skied short, and he preferred the 185.

I've read all the reviews, and am looking forward to the Blister Gear review coming out soon.  For the conditions I tend to ski I suspect I'd prefer the 93.  My friend skis softer snow than I can find myself, and (after five or so days of demoing) he can't imagine liking a ski more than the 100.  The 177 is a size longer than his old Enforcers and he's happy there.

All sorted.  A flat pair of 2016s was listed on eBay overnight and was promptly snapped up.  To complete the set I'm shipping up a pair of Attack 16 bindings that have been sitting on my shelf.  That will make a great match.

Many thanks for your help lakespapa.
