Snowbasin demo day options for March 12

-Rossignol Super 7

-Rossignol Soul 7

-Rossignol Sin 7

-Volkl Gotama

-Volkl Shiro

-Line Sir Francis Bacon

-K2 Shreditor (unsure of width

-some race ski

-some park ski

I have demoed these over the last two seasons.  Super 7s...a bit too much for me.  Soul 7s...great in powder and crud.  Sin 7s...great in everything!  (I actually prefer last year's Sin 7 over this year's model which seemed a tad stiffer.  Plus I liked the red.)

I'm trying to decide between the s3 and s7 and was hoping that these skis would give me an idea of which to chose.

Rossignol, imo made a huge mistake when they stopped production a couple years ago of the s3. It was a hugely popular ski among those who like a soft flexing ski and the Sin 7 which basically replaced it in Rossignol's line up is nowhere near as popular.

 

If you can find a nos s3, and you like soft flexing skis, then don't worry about demoing it, just buy it.
