Preventing Trauma in the Terrain Park

A ski area in Norway has installed this:

as a way to try to prevent inexperienced skiers from entering the terrain park. In order to get into the more advanced features you have to either clear a gap jump or ride the rail over the fence. I think this would be a good idea in the US, I'm just curious if it would open the resort up to some kind of liability.

I don't see any increased liability as opposed to any other set of A/B netting anywhere else on the hill. It's not like it's massively difficult to clear, just enough to keep the average Jerry on the other side of it. I think it's a fantastic idea.
