Looking for boots.. had footpain the last time out..

Working with a local shop we have tried on about 3 to 4 of boots kept most on 30 -45 to an hr. til the pain came. Tried on a pair of PHOENIX 90 AIR SHELL SKI BOOTS they are older - which is my concern .. they did not give me any issues after about an hour.  Some boots gave me pain 10 mins in..

My right foot is a little wider and longer then my left .. both are just under 27size.. so we are working with 26.5 boots.. with insoles added .. I have a high arch and high top of foot.. most of the pain is from the small toe to the balls of my feet to the out side edge..

Is there a newer boot that is like the PHOENIX 90 AIR SHELL SKI BOOTS or should I work with what fits and does not make me hurt.. my concern is older boots.. vs new tech..

Basically my question is should I try on more boots.. and skip a pair designed in 2011..

stick with boots that fit you best,   regardless of vintage
